Safeguarding

Safeguarding is an essential component of any educational setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and visitors. Schools have a legal and moral responsibility to keep students, staff, and visitors safe and protected from harm. By implementing strong safeguarding policies and procedures, schools can ensure that they are providing a safe and secure environment for all members of their school community, helping to prevent incidents from occurring.

At ISL, we adhere to rigorous safeguarding processes, supported by International partners to ensure proper training and compliance for all ISL staff in our never-ending care and welfare of our students and our community. Our safeguarding policy and procedures are in accordance with the recommendations of the International Task Force on Child Protection, endorsed by the United Nations Convention on the ‘Rights of a Child’.We prioritize our students’ safety and well-being.

Along with comprehensive physical security measures that protect and care for our students when they are on the school site, our school implements policies and programs to assure their emotional and mental well-being also. The school provides a safe learning environment for your child and gives all children the right to be protected from harm and abuse in any form.  All our staff have completed a full course on safeguarding
